CONFIDENTIAL FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Put an NDA in place before the details.

If your project needs confidentiality, use your organisation’s NDA or ask us for a mutual NDA. We verify the parties and purpose before confidential discovery begins.

01

Choose the paper

Use your organisation’s NDA or ask for a mutual Quantaum NDA.

02

Verify the parties

We confirm legal names, notice details, purpose and authorised signers.

03

Review and sign

Both sides review the wording and sign before confidential disclosure.

04

Begin discovery

Once signed, confidential discovery and secure document exchange can begin.

Start an NDA request

Only non-confidential contracting information is needed at this stage.

The exact name that will appear in the agreement.

Proposed authorised signer (if known)

Keep this high-level and non-confidential. The final NDA will use it to limit permitted use.

What happens next

We acknowledge and record the request.

We verify both legal parties and the permitted purpose.

Your paper or our mutual draft is reviewed.

Authorised signers execute the agreed version.

Only then does confidential discovery begin.

Important boundaries

An NDA protects confidential disclosures, but it does not replace the later proposal, statement of work or services agreement.

If Quantaum will process personal data for you, a separate data-processing agreement may also be required.

Already have an NDA ready?

Submit the request first so it is tracked, then reply to the acknowledgement from your business mailbox with the document.
