Returns & Refunds Policy

Service projects (design/development/SEO)
- Deposits are non-refundable once the project is booked; they reserve time in the schedule.
- After work has started, payments are non-refundable. If we miss agreed deliverables, we will correct defects within the scope defined in your statement of work.
- If you need to cancel before work begins, notify us in writing. We may issue a partial refund at our discretion if no time has been used.
- Change requests outside the agreed scope are billed separately and are not grounds for refunds.
Digital products (checklists, downloads)
- All digital product sales are final. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will replace it at no charge.
- Digital products are delivered immediately; no cooling-off period applies once a file is downloaded.
Payment disputes
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- Chargebacks submitted without prior notice may delay resolution and could result in suspension of services.
How to request a review
Email info@quantaum.co.uk with your order reference, project name, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and outline next steps within 5 business days.
